Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that mistakes can happen. We will gladly replace your item at no additional cost if:

The product arrived damaged during transit.

There is a spelling mistake or customization error that differs from the information you provided at the time of purchase.

How to request a replacement:

Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the spelling error.

Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement and ship it out to you as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that because each item is personalized and cannot be resold, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Our policy is strictly "Return and Replace" for the issues mentioned above. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

Customer errors (e.g., typos provided by the buyer, choosing the wrong size/color).

Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

Slight variations in color or texture inherent to customized manufacturing.
